Our growth since year 2000 has been largely due to the ongoing support of regular customers.  Due to the faith that our customers show in Xtend-Life, we have developed two options that allow regular users of our products to achieve even greater value when purchasing our products.

These money saving options are in addition to the free world-wide shipping which applies to all orders in excess of $60.00.

Option 1. Orders over $300

If you are placing an order for $300 or more, irrespective of whether you are a first time customer or a regular customer, we will automatically provide a 10% discount off your order.

Note: If you are likely to be placing further orders (less than $300) within 3 months, we would recommend that you join the Xtend-Life Loyalty Program.

By joining our Loyalty Program, you will continue to receive the 10% discount on all purchases of any value, as long as repeat orders are placed within 3 months (95 days).

Option 2. XTEND-LIFE LOYALTY PROGRAM

By joining the Xtend-Life Loyalty Program you will receive a 10% discount off all purchases. However, there are some conditions…

1. Initial orders under $300:  The 10% discount will be accrued and deducted from your second order, in ADDITION to the immediate 10% discount that you will be entitled to from your second order.  (Example. If the first 2 orders are the same, you would receive a 20% discount from the second order).

2. Maintaining membership: To maintain your membership entitlements you must re-order on an ongoing basis within 95 days from your previous order.

3. Modifying orders: You may modify a pending order at any time, up to 2 days prior to shipping. The date, delivery address, and the products included in your next order can all be changed.  If the shipping date is delayed to beyond 95 days of the previous order your membership will automatically lapse.

4. Cancellation:  You may cancel any pending order at any time up to 2 days prior to shipping.

5. Choice of program:  Auto-ship or customer activated. When your order is placed you will have the option to select which one you prefer. Auto-ship is NOT mandatory.

Auto-ship: With this option we will email you at least 4 days in advance of processing your order to confirm that the order is wanted.  If you do not change your order we will automatically process your next order on the scheduled date.

Customer Activated: As with the auto-ship option your next order has a scheduled ship date. We will send you an email at least 4 days in advance to give you a chance to confirm/activate the order by going into your account.  If you do not confirm the order it will not be processed.

General Information

1. Order completion: If you decide to join our Loyalty Program, you will have the opportunity to choose the options that you prefer once your current order is placed.

2. If your membership is cancelled for any reason such as not meeting the 95 day order requirement you can rejoin but if you have only placed the one initial order, the original credit is lost and you need to start afresh.

3. Unwanted Orders:  If you use the auto-ship option and forget to cancel an order and/or did not receive our reminder email for any reason, you can still return the product.  We will provide a refund, less $6.50 for shipping.

4. Email delivery: We do everything possible to ensure reliable delivery of all emails, however there is always a risk of emails not being delivered.

5. Order Changes: We recommend that you go into your account and make any changes to your order as soon as you have decided which products you wish to purchase.

6. PayPal: Please note that we cannot accept payments from PayPal for any Loyalty Program Autoship orders.
