Throughout the process, price is considered a secondary feature and is hardly ever a determining factor in the final decision whether a specific ingredient should be incorporated into the respective product.
We handle all of our marine sources according to a specific process run with military-like precision. During manufacturing, we control levels of oxidation by using specially-made stainless steel holding tanks and other sealed processes. Our non-marine ingredients are handled according to strict specific processes, ensuring they remain fresh from source to the customer
We are proud to source our hoki fish and green-lipped mussels (GLMs) from the cleanest and most pristine oceanic environments on earth. Our fish and GLMs are fully traceable and are fresh when manufactured NOT frozen. By controlling the sourcing of all the raw ingredients used – both marine and non-marine - we can get the right specifications that inevitably lead to producing the purest products available.
